This week I continued my detox cleanse, and it seems to be getting easier. I have been binging on the Once Upon a Time series on Netflix and watching Bachelor in Paradise on Hulu.

Glad your cleanse is going well. I did one for my colonoscopy and lost 6 pounds. I hope you're doing well. Glad you got some good books and I hope the binge watching continues!

DeleteThe most I have fasted has been 18 hours. Someday I may do a 24 hour one. Hope your detox/cleanse gives you good results! Good luck, Lindy. :)

DeleteWay to go with the cleanse. I got Sick Kids in Love a few weeks ago, and I loved that the author tells us up front, that nobody dies.

DeleteI haven't done the cleanse in a while, but I swear I lost five pounds this week. Lots of weight training and dancing. Try the fitness marshall on youtube if you want to try some cardio dancing.

DeleteGood luck with the cleanse! I loved Once Upon a Time! One of my favourite ships ever came from that show... I rewatched the first 6 episodes of S1 a while ago and loved diving back into the world. I may have to actually embark upon a rewatch!
