This week I read two books, caught up with a good friend, and took my daughter swimming. The weather was beautiful; warm and breezy! I caught up by binging on my favorite T.V. show on Hulu; The Handmaid's Tale. It is such an addicting series!

I watched season one of Handmaid's but haven't seen S2 yet. And sounds like you had a good week! Hope this one is great too. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThanks Greg. You too!
DeleteI discovered this week that one of my streaming services has The Handmaid's Tale so I can finally watch it and see what the fuss is about! :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you like it as much as I do Nicci!
DeleteWedding in December sounds cute, If I could go back I time, I'd have my wedding at some ski lodge or someplace with snow all around.
ReplyDeleteThanks Trin! I'm a fan of the author's stories!
DeleteIt's so crazy that all the Christmas books are out for review, but a women at work told me she was trying to get some beach toys, and the stores told her they were all gone. We move too fast! I am excited about Bromance. Here's hoping it lies up to the hype in my head.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the moving too fast thing. I'm really excited for Bromance, and hoping we both end up loving it!
DeleteI like Sarah Morgan. A Wedding in December sounds promising although I don't see why anyone would want to be married around Christmas. I wouldn't.
ReplyDeleteMy Sunday Post
I enjoy her stories as well Jackie :)
DeleteSounds like you had a nice week, Lindy. It's nice catching up with friends and swimming with your daughter sounds like nice time. I love it when I can binge watch a series. Much better than waiting week to week for a new episode.
ReplyDeleteI got a copy of The Bromance Book Club, too although I forgot to list it on my Sunday Post. Hope we both love it! :)
Yay! I can't wait to see what you think of the book as well Rachel :)
DeleteI am excited about the Bromance Book Club. Yay for catching up with friends. We've been avoiding the heat. We have had a heat index of 118. Ugh!
ReplyDeleteI know! It's officially starting to feel like summer!
DeleteI am glad to hear that you had a great week there. I am loving the warm weather, we got a really wet winter so our summer hasn't been too hot, just perfect and mild. I love Helena Hunting, such a fun author to read, so I hope you enjoy that one.
ReplyDeleteI just finished Helena Hunting's newest book, and it was excellent! I highly recommend it. I hope you get the chance to read it soon as well!
DeleteHi Lindy,it sounds as though you had a lovely week; my girls used to love going swimming when thy were younger.
