The Pretty Stolen Dolls Series, by Ker Dukey & K. Webster, has been such a dark and twisted reading journey! These two authors wrote a story that kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end! I never knew what Benny was going to do next or how twisted things would get. The blurb is what caught my attention when I added this series to my TBR list. It gives you just enough details to make you want to read it without knowing too much about the story.
Pretty Lost Dolls is the continuation of Jade’s story. What happened to Jade in Pretty Stolen Dolls is heartbreaking. I won’t go into details on what happens in Pretty Lost Dolls, what I will say is that each and every struggle in Jane’s life has made her the warrior that she is today. In this second book, you can see how she stripped away all those layers of pain and turned her life around to reach the light at the end of that dark tunnel. This story is told from different POV’s and I am so happy that the authors gave us those three different POV’s. I really wanted to read Benny’s POV. We get to find out what happened to him as a child. He has such a dark and twisted past. His story left me speechless. The twists and turns in this book are insane!!! Pretty Lost Dolls exceeded all of my expectations. This series will make you feel a hurricane of emotions.
I’m a big fan of K. Webster so I’m already familiar with her writing style. Ker Dukey is a new-to-me author and one author I will without a doubt follow after reading these books. The writing style was amazing and I could not even tell that two authors wrote the book. This duo wrote a series that I will never forget. The Queens of Darkness have captured my attention. Always expect the unexpected with these two! I really hope that this is not the last time they write a book together. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I got chills on this reading journey. That ending was WHOAAAAA!!! I need more!!!

My books all tend to be darker romance, edge of you seat, angst filled reads. My advice to my readers when starting one of my titles...prepare for the unexpected.
I have always had a passion for storytelling, whether it be through lyrics or bed time stories with my sisters. I wanted to be an actress growing up.

My mum would always have a book in her hand when I was young and passed on her love for reading, inspiring me to venture into writing my own. I tend to have a darker edge to my writing. Not all love stories are made from light, some are created in darkness but are just as powerful and worth telling.
