Review:
I don't read paranormal romance as much as I would want to. When I learned that S.L. Jennings was writing a new paranormal romance series, I was over the moon excited! I really like her writing style and I could not wait to meet the characters in this new series. I love to jumble my genres when it comes to reading. I have missed paranormal romance so much! Born Sinner was a great read to continue feeding my love for paranormal stories.
From the moment I saw the gorgeous cover and the captivating blurb, on my social media, I knew that I needed to add this book on my TBR list. I don't want to give anything away about the story. You will get a better reading experience if you don't know what to expect. What I will tell you is that Eden, which is the heroine in this story, is very fascinating. From the moment she is introduced, you will want to know what her story is. Is she good? Is she evil? What does the future hold for her and how will her past affect her? A cast of amazing characters is introduced. The Se7en Sinners are on a mission to protect Eden. As days go by, Eden begins to put the pieces of her life puzzle together. Who will help her? Who will betray her? That cliffhanger left me at the edge of my seat! I can't wait to find out what will happen next with Eden and The Se7en Sinners.
The Se7en Sinners Series is off to a great start! This book was an introduction to this sexy, dark and fascinating world that S.L. Jennings created. There were so many details to absorb. The story had a slow start for me because I was trying to remember all of these details. I connected more with Eden towards the end of the book. Eden is still an enigma to me. I can't wait to read the rest of her story. Just like her, I want to find out who she really is. The chemistry between the characters is solid and they each have a role in Eden's future. There are some pretty steamy scenes that will definitely leave you fanning your face! Super hot! You will want a first class seat to see what is going to happen next! Don't miss it!
