How can I describe this amazing and beautiful reading escape? It was unexpected. I have to admit that I was really scared to read this book. I knew that Shayda was going to cross a line that I was not comfortable with. This book kept on appearing everywhere on my FB news feed. After reading many reviews, I decided that it was time to step out of my comfort zone. I am so glad that I did! 53 Letters For My Lover took me by surprise and it was an incredible reading experience.

I am so glad that I did! 53 Letters For My Lover took me by surprise and it was an incredible reading experience.
Three decades.
Two soulmates.
One spectacular love story.
I felt all kinds of different emotions while reading this book. I was mad at Shayda for some decisions that she took and my heart broke for her as well. When I started reading this book I told myself that no matter where the story would lead me I would follow. This forbidden love story was brilliantly written. Their love was so deep, strong and complex. Every encounter, every touch, every kiss was memorable. I stayed up until the early hours of the morning just to finish reading this epic love story.
This story is told completely from Shayda's POV. We get to read about all the events that marked her life. I really liked Shayda. Even if I did not agree with some decisions that she took, I was cheering for her nonetheless. She grew so much and I loved seeing her become such a passionate and strong woman. Troy captivated me from the first moment he was introduced into the story. His love for Shayda was BREATHTAKING! He knew what he wanted and there was no stoping him! Their chemistry was sizzling and intoxicating! I loved the way they were around each other. Just a touch, look or a simple word would mean so much.
I loved all the side characters that made this story even more unforgettable. 53 Letters For My Lover is the kind of book that makes you think and it will linger with you for days.

This is a great short story to read after 53 Letters For My Lover. Fans of Troy Heathgate who can't get enough, this is exactly what you need to feed your Troy addiction.
I wish this could be longer!!! His POV is intense just like his love for Shayda. We get to revisit unforgettable scenes from 53 Letters For My Lover, but from his POV. I really enjoyed reading his thoughts. From the moment he was introduced in 53 Lovers For My Lover I was captivated by him. I had mixed emotions about Troy, but after I read this short story, I understood some of his decision and actions.
